Great staff, Great providers. EXCELLENT primary care office! Highly recommend. Brought my daughter in yesterday (Friday) and the girl at the front was the sweetest thing. She was working by herself and handled things so professional and calmly.

The front desk is an absolute clown show. They screw up our medication calls in almost every time. Don’t call us back when they said they would. And are inconsistent on information provided. My wife most recently came in for a chest infection. We were told to pick up a particular script at Meijer. It wasn't called in. I called the office and they said they'd fix it. Called Meijer again, they still hadn't called it in. So we called Pro Med and was told to just take Ibuprofen and gargle salt water. Completely different instructions. Which we only got because of multiple phone calls. They made zero effort and had us running up to Meijer for no reason. Q is the best doctor we’ve ever dealt with. I'm new. I had my first visit today. It was helpful. I had a bad experience with a different office that I normally really like. I suppose you can have a five star experience with a place and another time have a bad one depending on circumstances but mine today was a decent one. I got an appointment the next day which was important. I was panicking. The last place did nothing for me and said my tests came back all negative. In other words, nothing to worry about and it should heal. It became a lot worse. I had to sit for a while but I felt like that was because my doctor was looking into it. It seems my condition is challenging to diagnose so. I'm actually grateful because the previous visit didn't give me an antibiotic. Here I receivedan antibiotic and he seemed to have a medical interest

I've gone there twice, both times they handled me quickly and professionally while still being very welcoming and showing their own personalities which I personally enjoy in workers. Both times were great and got me the help and meds I need. See them!! They are great!

Came in as a walk in for urgent care, extremely pleased with my visit today. Rooms were clean, minimal wait time, friendly staff and Dr Qadri was great! Will definitely recommend and use again for future Urgent Care needs.
