Get Well Urgent Care Of Roseville

Brought my son in to be seen for a rash and Kelsie was AMAZING! Very professional polite and friendly I feel like most Urgentcares you don’t get that and they barely want to interact with the patient. Working in the medical field myself she definitely makes the Urgentcare trip worth it! ❤️ we appreciate your patience and advice on how to treat my son! Will definitely be back! She is the true definition of what medical professionals should be like! I wanted to make this review because what we encounters today is rare!

The staff, there were awesome, very friendly. The doctors and nurses was amazing. Made me feel comfortable. Explain to me everything that was going on, everything that they was doing and everything I need to do to be better.the front desk was very busy so I really didn't get to talk to them but they were still friendly.

Quick in and out you can register online and get an appointment time. nurse and Dr were easy to talk to and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend to my family or friends

I normally don’t leave reviews but the entire office staff deserves a round of applause. Front desk was kind and welcoming and interacted with each patient so respectfully. Nurse was trying to cheer my children up and also so kind. The dr Melissa came in right away and helped my babies. I had to call back about a medication mix up by the pharmacy and they answered right away and showed such kindness and concern and the dr cleared everything up right away with out a bunch of transfers and waiting on hold or anything. So rare. If I could give 20 stars I would because urgent cares are usually such a nightmare and the entire staff I interacted with went above and beyond and were just polite which is rare during the holiday season, especially. Great office would highly recommend.

I scheduled online for 9pm. I arrived early. Front desk were nonchalant with minimal greeting. Just a “are you being seen, ok! Fill out the clipboard then bring it back up once you completed it” a more proper greeting should’ve been given Hi, did you schedule ahead online or just walking in. Okay no problem our staff will be with you shortly. The wait time was 10-15 minutes which was not a problem considering I scheduled for 9pm and arrived at 8. When I was called back the young lady gave no introduction to who she was just straight to triage and never verified my full name or dob. Which to me is very important information. The room which she told me to go to room “4” did not look as if it was properly sanitized and the cleanliness of the room was trifling. As a Medical Assistant/nurse/emt
