Sam's Club Pharmacy

Went to the store this morning, got a product advertised as price and store wouldn’t honor it , manager tried to sell me one at that price , bad business and law breaking, bad management and terrible customer service, most definitely will be calling corporate

I don't know about the pharmacy but I definitely noticed that the prices are rising in the store

The tire department is the worst. I bought a set of tires here and scheduled an appt for installation and it still took well over 4 hrs just to install the tires. I called customer service and they could care less. Today I had a puncture in one of my tires. I checked in to have it repaired and they advised me it would take one hour. I shopped walked around went to the Cafe and went back an 1h and 15 later and he said they haven't even started. He said they have to take the appointments first which is understandable but I already know how that works. And he said nothing about it when I checked in. It's ridiculous. If you plan on coming here make sure you have no other plans.

I love my Sam's Club Pharmacy. Associates remember you and know you by name and make you feel valued. They make sure you get the best value for your needs (Good Rx, Plus membership discounts, etc).

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Spoke to a rep as well as the pharmacist. “it's not what you say but how you say it”. I called to see if a medicine was available and was told they couldn’t tell me if it’s available and the later cut me off while I was talking to tell me she can’t tell me if it’s available. I called other locations and they were able to disclose it. The pharmacist wasn’t any better with her tone. Having a disabled child is hard enough. Try to be kind!
