I had a really great experience here. I was greeted & directed where to go as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly & professional. Great customer service! My appointment started on time & they got me in & out. Julia was exceptional! I highly recommend working with her. She was honest about pricing, patient, & knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions & worked with me to help me get the best deal possible. Due to my STRONG prescription Lol, my glasses are generally very expensive even after insurance, but thanks to Julia taking the time to explore all of my options, I was able to get what I wanted at an affordable price. Anyone who saves me a coin is alright with me, so I told her she's my new bestie now Lol. But yes, I definitely recommend this location for a top tier expe

Her warm spirit and positive energy truly made my day and reminded me how meaningful great customer service can be. My husband and I came in together for our eye exams and to pick out new glasses, and Julia was fantastic. ​It can be a lot to juggle two people at once, but she was so patient and attentive to both of us. She has a great eye for style and helped us each find frames that really suit us. She made the whole process—from the exams to the final measurements—smooth and stress-free. ​We both walked out feeling really good about our choices. Had my first experience with LensCrafter on Mt Zion Rd & was extremely pleased. Dr. Kotei was very pleasant & she explained everything in detail. I was referred by a friend to James, who exceeded my expectations. James has outstanding customer service skills, very friendly, always greeted you with a smile & very helpful explaining & answering any questions. Update: Recently went back to this location to make some changes and once again, I received great customer service this time from Sam. Sam was very helpful and patient. Highly recommend this location and the staff!!

Tabitha was fantastic—professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. She made sure my contacts were a perfect fit and explained everything clearly.
