Peachtree Immediate Care - Morrow

The visit was fast. The staff was pleasant . The paperwork was minimal.My Nurse Practitioner, a male was very knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I had a Covid and Flu test within 15 minutes. Lucky for me it was just a good ole fashion cold- yep people still get those. Anyway the meds to make me comfortable worked within days and I'm back to my old self! Thank you Peachtree Immediate Care for keeping it 💯.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter had a 3:00 PM appointment. We arrived at 2:50 to check in and sat in the waiting room for over an hour with no update. After waiting that long, I went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. Only then were we taken back, her vitals were done, and we were placed in an exam room where we waited another 30–40 minutes without being seen. The front desk staff and the nurse were very kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, the NP or MD’s attitude was the complete opposite. When I asked about the delay, she was dismissive and rude. I understand that offices get busy that’s part of the job. But patients should not be made to feel like an inconvenience fo

I am so thankful for the care and treatment that I’ve received from the doctor and his staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The Doctor himself had great respect and compassion for his patients as well. The check-in process was smooth and the wait time was short. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Staff and providers were very professional and courteous. Justice, at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful while verifying my insurance and co pay’s. I would highly recommend this office. They have the best customer service and patient care that I’ve experienced from an urgent care facility in years.

This urgent care is located close to where I live and in general, the service and physicians here are excellent. My reason for giving it four stars has more to do with the wait time. Even when you set an appointment at this location, it takes them sometimes as much as an hour before you actually see a doctor. I’m a little confused why appointments necessary and it still takes so long to see a physician. They are very thorough and the staff is generally very professional and they have great dispositions but the wait time is horrendous. I am grateful to have this facility close; however, PLEASE CONSIDER working on a better system so patients may be seen in a more timely manner.
