Sam's Club Pharmacy

I cannot recommend the Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Hagerstown enough! Every single person on this team is amazing, kind, and truly compassionate. They have gone out of their way repeatedly to help me—whether it’s tracking down a medication they didn’t have or helping me navigate the stress of treatments. Their care, patience, and dedication are absolutely unmatched. This pharmacy team genuinely makes a difficult process so much easier, and I’m so grateful for them!

All the pharmacist and entire team are phenomenal with me. Being terminally ill and getting worse is so hard. But they are always very loving and compassionate each time I or my husband picks up my medications. They always have it ready and because it's so hard for me to walk , knowing I will be done quickly is phenomenal. Thank you for always being loving to me !

They close for lunch everyday at a certain time which is really inconvenient if you didn't know that! I don't understand why they don't just take breaks separately. I'm sure there is a valid reason for it but it's really inconvenient and a pain when their closed and you can't get your prescriptions after driving there. They should list and post their lunch closing hours in store and on online that would be really helpful for everyone.

Mr. Bob the pharmacist does a great job at saving us money. He's always willing to help and gives us the best advice. He helped us save over $150 monthly on my sons medicine.

I’m leaving this place a bad review bc the pharmacists have a bad attitude at the very end. They just hand you your medicines with an attitude, like if they have a problem, DO NOT take it out on your patient.
