Although they’re part of a major retailer, every time I pick up my medication or speak with the pharmacist, it feels like I’m visiting a small, neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They even remember who I am which isn’t expected, but it definitely makes me feel cared for. What really stands out is the quality of the pharmacist consultations. They’re not just formalities, they’re informative, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Place is horrible now i see why they are going bankrupt would go to the hospital instead of this place so you can actually get help

The staff is amazing. They do due diligence on incoming scripts to make sure of drug interactions. They are efficient, professional, very friendly and make sure i get the best price possible between insurance and my prime membership. I wouldn't go any where else!

The folks that work at Sam’s Club pharmacy are like family! Ms.Barbara has caught more than one prescription that would not work with my other meds! So thankful!

I had my prescription electronically sent to the Pharmact because the website says the pharmacy is open 10 am-6 pm on Sundays but when I called. The recording said it was closed all day on Sundays? So I hung up and called the Sam's club store and when I ask the lady that answered why the time was wrong on the website and she. " lady, I can't do anything! It's up to our corporate office and they won't change it!" well, home office I hope you see this because it's a very big inconvenience for someone that needed thier medication today, on a Sunday!!!! Change it!
