They do not follow up on prescription that are out of refills. They reach out to your doctor but not with you. I waited 2 weeks for a response on my blood pressure medicine and when I called they lied. They said a call was made to me on 6/30/25. Now with all this technology you would think I would have a record of that. Nope but they say I do and they are rude especially the one with the bad teeth and the Asian lady.
Pharmacist and techs are always pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Andrea who took her time with my new insurance to find the lowest cost for me.
These pharmacists are the best. Friendly, professional and knowledgable.
