A million times better than Walgreens ever THOUGHT of being. Efficient. Professional. And not nib shots.

Very unprofessional and irritable. I have never felt like a bother at any pharmacy like I did here. Very disappointed given in the past having wonderful experiences with other Sam’s pharmacies. They thought I was on hold but I wasn’t and heard the pharmacist say “I’m going to fight someone today”I work in the medical field and know how intense it can be however they way they handle stress is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Dr Angie is the BEST!!! A true professional. She has all the answers to any pharmacological question!!!

Note that this pharmacy is inside the Sam's Club so you have to be a member to shop here. I switched to this pharmacy about 2 years ago because of the discount drug list for Sam's Plus members which saves me a lot on 3 or 4 of my drugs over my insurance prices, which were no more than at other prefered pharmacies. Also it is convenient because I shop at Sam's every week. Another reason I switched to Sam's is that when my doctor sends them a prescription by computer or phone, this pharmacy doesn't claim they didn't receive it. Also, they are great about calling to remind me when it is time for a refill. Also, the Walgreens I switched from overworked their pharmacists making them try to work so fast that I didn't feel safe. The Sam's pharmacists do their job quickly to give good service but

I shouldn't have to keep dealing with the off and on issue of them trying to argue that I don't have insurance. Then i have to wait for them look it up on the computer only for them to find that I do. In the 6yrs of being on the same insurance this has never once been a problem till I started using Sam's.
