I have enjoyed doing pelvic floor PT with Jena and would recommend her and the Pelvic Rehab Center! She is friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and has been a huge help in pregnancy and postpartum healing. For something that can feel very vulnerable, she makes you feel comfortable and listened to!

Dr. Jena Beise is an angel on earth! After four back to back pregnancies, I needed lots of help repairing my abs and pelvic floor. Jena is full of wisdom about the body, but she also is intuitive, and is amazing at understanding what my specific care plan needs to look like, even when I don’t know myself. She has walked through her own health journey as well, which means her knowledge is more than just book smarts. She’s really been there, and she knows what true healing looks like from the inside out. She is so friendly and puts me right at ease. You won’t find a better PT!

Jena is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She treats you as a whole body rather than just the one primary complaint you enter with. I recommend her without reservation for all perinatal mamas but also for anyone else with pain or injury.

I gave birth to my 5th baby earlier this year, and as you can imagine, my core and pelvic floor muscles needed a LOT of help. I was having bladder leakage, pelvic floor pain/tight muscles, back pain and a 6 finger-width diastasis that felt impossible to heal. I never did PFPT after my other kiddos but I figured it was time. And honestly, I cannot recommend it enough! I also highly recommend Dr. Jena. She is amazing! She explains everything in detail and makes you feel very comfortable. My personal recovery has been slow and steady, but I feel so much more connected with my body and my core is feeling more engaged and stronger every. single. week. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jena Beise. From the very first visit she made me feel comfortable and she took the time to educate me and explain in detail everything. She put together a personalized treatment plan for me. After every visit I can see progress in how I am feeling. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise are unmatched!
