Mindful Body

Megan is the absolute best! I had the pleasure of meeting her while pregnant. She served as my doula through The Well Birth Services and was so supportive. At Mindful Body, I had a prenatal massage and have been going postpartum as well. She really takes the time to listen to you and ensure your massage is perfected tunes for your body’s needs. Every time I’ve left, whatever pain points I had are actually gone / not just relaxed for the afternoon, but truly relieved the tension and they’re gone.

I’m so thankful I found Megan! I’ve only done one postpartum session with her, but I’ll definitely be booking another soon. I have struggled with PPA and PPOCD since having my son last year, and she gave me a calm, supportive environment as we worked through calming my nervous system. You can tell just from her demeanor that she truly cares about the work that she does and cares about the people even more. I cannot recommend her enough. My only regret is that I wish I would’ve found her earlier!

Perfectly peaceful experience. I’ve never fallen asleep during a massage but Megan had me more relaxed than ever. The environment adds to the experience. It is as warm and inviting and Megan was! 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had my first full body massage recently. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, and maybe a tiny bit nervous of the unknown, but Kiely was kind and professional. She explained the process well and helped me settle in. Will definitely be back and will recommend her to others!
