Sam's Club Pharmacy

I have only had one worse experience with a pharmacy. We’ve used this pharmacy for 12 months, constantly giving them second chances. We get texts that our prescription is ready, get there and it’s not. Tell us to wait an hour, come back and they say it’ll be another hour. Then I switched to delivery so I could not have to deal with the delays and wrong text alerts. They sent it to the wrong address. I’ve had week-long delays or longer. My wife has worked in pharmacies and never seen one managed like this. This is medicine, people’s health. If I don’t have a medication, it will endanger my life. Take your jobs more seriously, get more staff if you need to, and step up.

Sams pharmacy at Catonsville has always been there for me in a pinch. They call me to see if I need any refills. If been with two other pharmacies and Sams is the best by far. Thank you.
