Our Rottweiler severely injured her 'knee' and required replacement surgery (I forget what it is really called). After much searching, we were fortunate to find Maryland Veterinary Surgical Services. Our experience with Dr. Walesby was excellent. She is highly skilled and talented, she genuinely cares about outcomes & personally responded to our questions and concerns! The clinic itself is open and welcoming, and the staff were consistently kind, professional, and reassuring. The surgery went perfectly, and the results have been truly amazing. Dr. Walesby and her staff are the best! We travel from out of state to go to MVSS! They provide the best care, clear discharge instructions, plan and follow-up instructions and appointments. Our pup had TPLO surgery on both knees and she’s back, running around, enjoying walks and hiking again!

So grateful we were recommended to this place by our vet. Our 9 yr young shep mix needed pretty extensive knee surgery, and they made us feel confident that they could take good care of her. Our hiking buddy had two TPLO surgeries over a 2.5 year span. The recovery is long but well worth it. The entire staff is awesome. We are back on the trails, and he is as good as new. I highly recommend MVSS.

Dr. Walesby and her staff are amazing! They let us know that they were there throughout the entire process and made sure that our anxious girl was comfortable.
