I love this dentist office! I left my previous dentist office due to long wait times and rude staff to come to Dr. Chris Kim and I have been very pleased. Emma, the receptionist, is the sweetest person and ensures I understand everything about what I owe and the process of insurance. She is also incredible at scheduling me around my preferences. Dr. Chris Kim’s assistant is also so sweet. She is so polite and makes the process quick and easy. I just had my second appointment with them (my first appointment was 6 months ago) and she remembered so many things we talked about last time. She is so caring and personable. Dr. Chris Kim is very professional but also incredibly friendly. He is gentle when cleaning & filling cavities. They never make me wait and are super quick. At my 9am appoint

From the moment I stepped into Dr. Kim's office, I felt like I was in good hands. The fear and worry I had about needing a root canal melted away as soon as Dr. Kim and his team began explaining the process to me. They were so informative and attentive, taking the time to address all of my concerns with patience and care. During the procedure, I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and reassuring they were. In fact, I was so relaxed that I found myself almost nodding off a couple of times! Dr. Kim and his staff truly go above and beyond to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I can't recommend this office enough. If you're looking for a dental team that's not only skilled but also genuinely caring, look no further. They've won me over as a lifelong patient.

I have need no small amount of dental work and Dr. Kim and his staff have taken very good care of me. The receptionist is always friendly and understanding when I need to adjust an appointment due to childcare needs, his assistant is personable and puts me at ease, and Dr Kim explains everything before beginning work and does GOOD work. I have had poor dental work at other dentists in the past so I am always a bit nervous, but Dr Kim puts me at ease and takes time to answer any questions I have. Dr Kim has performed a root canal, fillings, cleanings, and deep cleanings on me. I was never in pain during a procedure, any discomforts I had were immediately addressed, and they were understanding of my listening to music during the root canal to stay calm. I really can't recommend Dr Kim high

Today was my first time visiting Dr. Kim's office and I had such a pleasant experience that I had to leave a review. Dr. Kim and his staff were so kind and friendly throughout my time there. I started promptly, informed on each step, and provided with post care instructions. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was checked in and seen promptly. Dr. Kim was very thorough and addressed my concern. His assistant also was very nice and knowledgeable. The whole staff worked very well together. As a result I am switching to Dr. Kim as my regular dentist.
