Women’s bathroom is disgusting(smells clean but too strong yet when you look you can tell it isn’t cleaned thoroughly), customer service is horrible with no smiles or even saying their register is open but just standing there looking at you as if we should just know they have opened up, no carts available yet no one outside getting carts and even when i came in i said you have an elderly gentleman in a motorized cart just sitting in the middle lane blocking traffic the worker just shrugged his arm like what am i supposed to do when it could be a medical issue or a cart issue, and more If i was manager that guy i told about the elderly i would fired immediately. And anyone not doing quality customer service no matter the skin color would be getting written up. Do better and hire better Thi

Horrible costumer service waiting for 2 hours for absolutely no help scan and go took the money off my card but didn't give me a recipient to leave smh manager just acted dumb they seen the proof that the money was taken Sams in canton

Why Would you walk into a store that you have to have a membership to purchase something and be ask at the door to see your membership? It's only when this ONE lady is at the door. She doesn't ask everyone eaither she just picks who she going to ask. Everyone else just say hi or welcome to Sam Club. This lady is only at the entrance of the door like every few months. Then you stop at the door to dig out your membership other people are walking in passing you and she doesn't say anything to them just let them go. Do I look like I'm going to steal something. Guess it's time to go get CosCo membership and get rid of Sam Clubs membership.

I had two prescriptions transferred in to this store and I had one written prescription that I brought to them. I honestly felt like the older women were being very judgemental about my medications. Of course they tried to say that the written prescription was out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be available. I worked in pharmacy for over 5 years and I’ve heard coworkers tell people the same thing when they didn’t want to fill for that person. If these women would have spent less time being so sassy and more time checking my MAPS report, they would’ve seen that I never fill early and have been on the same medications for years now. At the time I did not have insurance but used the Blink phone app, that has Walmart & Sam’s Club as authorized pharmacies, to pay for my prescriptio
