I hold stress in my neck and shoulders and have all over body aches. My first visit with Grace was fantastic. She is attentive and strong. The combination that she uses gave me immediate relief. I am looking forward to follow up sessions.

The massage therapy here is truly exceptional. I had been struggling with migraines for several months, and after just a couple of sessions, they completely went away—without any medication. The migraines were so severe that they often led to nausea, lack of focus, and days where I could not function or work effectively. She has an incredible ability to understand what is happening in the body-reading muscle tension and underlying issues that do not always show up on X-rays or MRIs. I was also dealing with back pain, and that has been improving significantly over time as well. I genuinely feel like I am back to living a normal, healthy life again.

I’ve seen Grace several times and am always satisfied by her service. I love the combination of cupping and stone massage. When you have a lot of built up tension, this is a highly effective method. I need firm pressure and Grace provides an experience that is tailored to my needs. It can be hard to find an effective massage therapist when you are dealing with recurring pains/tension.
