MI Express Urgent Care Canton

I was able to book an appointment with ease. Came in 10 minutes before my appointment started, only had to wait about 20 minutes which wasn’t too bad at all. Staff took wonderful care of me, NP addressed my needs & concerns thoroughly  and I felt completely catered to. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

This place has went down hill... and it's not the first time they have been rude and wrong... tried telling me I was better with a steroid shot and a breathing treatment. My son was in 5 days prior to me said he had a uri 2 days later bronchitis and dou le ear infection now your telling me im fine with a shot and breathing treatment. I can't stop coughing and chest is so heavy. I'll do a steam bath and can feel things breaking up in my chest but you know im fine. Happens every year im a smoker... I get a uri and it turns into bronchitis but you know im fine now with a steroid shot and a breathing treatment...but wanna try and test me for flu and covid.... when clearly I was here with my son 5 days PRIOR and he was tested and negative.... but you guys are health care professionals. *EDIT* 3/8/26 I see I have gotten a “professional” response from someone doing damage control here. LOL. You respond to my review by blaming me? I followed through on all of my referrals from you people so I’m not sure why you act like I didn’t? I had to BEG for them. These doctors here are fine with just throwing anti depressants and anti anxiety medication at women. They do not care about your health here. I used to come here for a few months as an established patient. But I will NEVER step foot into another one of your facilities again, and I will make sure to tell everyone who needs a doctor to stay far from this place. Since July of 2025 I have been dealing with severe abdominal pain. All they have done is thrown medication at me while I had to beg for months for a referral to a GI.

Drs are great staff horrible if you need a scrip filled will leave you hold for 20 plus mins drove up there and still on hold I have been trying to get a scrip filled for 3 weeks and can't get anyone to call me back or contact the insurance to answer their questions Voicemail full and don't call get me started on their AI system to answer the phones. Great place for a diagnosis horrible place if you got to get prescriptions refilled or just even filled so if you wanna know what's wrong with you this is the place to go if you wanna get better find someplace else

Very nice and friendly staff. Got me in quickly and diagnosed with the Flu. Gave me a script and some free samples of Mucinex. Very happy with the service there. Will definitely return there when I’m in need of an urgent care.
