I should have given a review a long time ago! I am so grateful for the pharmacy staff in Bowling Green. Every single person who has worked in that location has been a key part of my mental health journey. When I had no insurance, they helped me by finding the best prices. When I had Medicaid, they were always clear about what insurance needed to fill my prescription and still treated me with the same respect. When I transitioned back to a commercial insurance, they were always clear about what I could expect to pay and if I was OK with the amount before filling the prescription. The last three years have been some of the most difficult years of my life. I couldn't have gotten through it without all the support I had, and that includes all the pharmacy staff. Amazing people here they don't get paid enough! I just moved to town in July and switched to this Pharmacy. I have quite a few medical conditions and had to have my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy, they handled all the transfers and getting all the authorizations from my insurance. They even told me that my insurance was restricting my refills due to moving states, and urged that I get a new doctor ASAP they gave me a printout of my medication list and worked with me closely when trying to get my(and my son's) new prescriptions set up. When the new doctor's office kept messing up the prescriptions they were constantly trying to contact them and gave me a list of all the times they attempted to reach out to them. I called to ask what the pricing was for pseudoephedrine here. I was trying to compare prices across town to get the best price. Luther would not give me the price “over the phone” and gave me a hard time about it. I am actually an oncology pharmacist myself and have never heard of not giving someone the price of Sudafed over the phone? It’s not a controlled substance. I went elsewhere, but still extremely inconvenient. I would like to be given a copy of this policy.

They're simply the best! They are friendly, kind, and are willing to go above and beyond to help in any way they can. This has been the experience of my wife and I, as well as, my elderly parents.

This is the best pharmacy in town! All the staff were great and super helpful with my questions!
