My previous dentist was all about crowning as many teeth he could in a short amount of time. I’ve been seeing Dr Casey for probably four years now and he’s waited until it was necessary to crown the two he’s done. The whole staff has your best interest at heart. Absolutely the kindest, most caring team imaginable. I can truly say you’ll probably have a difficult time finding a better team like the one at Southern Kentucky Smiles.

They are amazing!! My husband just went in to get a tooth extracted and he says he feels so much better. He hates the dentist but I'm glad we went with this dentist. He was super nice and helped us out alot!!!

Dr. Travelsted is one of the most genuine people/Dentist you will ever meet. He is extremely gentle, & makes you feel physiologically comfortable, as well as physically comfortable. He talks the jitters right out of ya. I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist in my 41 years!! Southern Ky Smiles staff have been very courteous, caring, and professional. From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor, all have been great. Dr. Travelsted successfully fixed some dental issues I was having including some fillings and a crown on a tooth that had previously had a root canal. He is much more precise with his work compared to previous dentists I have visited. Highly recommended and will return again.

Dr. Travelsted and his team are top notch! Everytime I walk in the front door, I am greeted like family. Dr. Travelsted did an amazing job on my snap in top plate. After 20 years, I am able to bite into an apple, and I have the most beautiful smile! Highly recommend them!!
