Covington Dental

I have been really impressed with Covington Dental. The staff is great from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Graves and his team, even the accounting/office side. Everyone is friendly, organized, and easy to work with. Appointments run on time and communication is clear. I recently had an old filling break and it was replaced with a crown. That’s where the technology difference from other dental practices really stood out to me. The process was efficient and I am confidence in the end result. The office is in the same building where my first dentist, Dr. Barr, practiced when I was a kid. Those early visits were not my favorite. I may be a better patient now. Dr. Graves is professional, steady, and takes the time to explain things clearly. I highly recommend him and his team.

I had such a great experience at Covington Dental! Everyone there is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The office is clean and welcoming, and they got me in right on time. Dr. Graves was awesome, he explained everything clearly and didn’t rush through anything. The cleaning was easy and I could tell they really care about their patients. Overall, just a great place to go if you’re looking for a dentist who actually listens and makes the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!

The entire experience, from start to finish, is fantastic. They truly have the best staff. Every single person is incredibly welcoming and friendly. My appointments are always quick and efficient. I can’t say enough about Covington Dental. Their office is up to date, clean and in a great location. Their office staff have always made me feel welcomed and not ashamed of my dental situation. Which means everything to me, going in not made to feel embarrassed. Lisa is so kind & accommodating. Dr. Graves takes his time and does it right. The “Bedside manner” per se, of hygienist and dentist you can’t beat. So thank yall for doing what yall do and that is…. Just being awesome!!!!

Terrible dentist, my wife went into get two cavities filled and came out looking like the pictures below. The first picture was what they tried to say was completed work, but before she left she realized that the work was incomplete, so she told the dentist and he took her back and tried again. The second picture is what she was left with after his second attempt. He had the nerve to tell her that if she didn’t like it, they could grind down her teeth and put on veneers. Also, we noticed that he wasn’t using porcelain filling, so she asked what type of filling he was using, he said it was a temporary filling, even though we have insurance, I have no clue why you would fill someone’s cavities with temporary filling when they have insurance.
