I recently spoke with Julia, the office manager, to help facilitate a telehealth appointment for my husband, who has been a long-time patient of Dr. Jaber for over 15 years. Due to a recent lower extremity surgery, my husband is currently unable to ambulate. Unfortunately, the interaction with Julia lacked the kindness and compassion one would hope for—especially in a healthcare setting. As an advanced practice nurse, I deeply value professionalism and empathy in patient care. I was disappointed to experience a dismissive tone and the sense that my request for assistance was an inconvenience. Lack of phone common courtesies. It's off putting to the point where you're less interested in being seen by provider. Leads one to speculate the bedside manner is probably aligned with the lack of basic phone answering courtesies by the office manager. Certainly it predictable to spiral downward from there & I now see her referenced by another patient with a similar grievance.

Dr Jaber is the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. He cares sincerely and his treatments have been very effective.

I went to a few dermatologists and they kept giving me creams that didn’t work and the problem kept getting worse. Dr. Jaber knew how to help at the very first visit.
