Sameday Oral Surgery

Took my daughter for a check up first time visit Today 2/4/20 , I explained that she had a jaw lock and couldn’t open her mouth which is why I went there, and the man (oral surgeon)tried to open her mouth wide knowing that she was in pain for wisdom tooth X-Rays??! My daughter and I refused everything and got nothing done. This made her mouth pain worst. This man is too old to be working with people, rude can’t hear and the place smells bad. Do NOT go there. Calling my insurance to make a complaint.

Please note, I didn’t actually get a procedure done, so i can only give a reliable account of the initial process. Firstly, finding the entrance was rather difficult, and the code to 2c didn’t work so I tried calling them but the phone didn’t seem to be on. Luckily, someone came in and let me in. Waiting wasn’t long to check my teeth, but I know a guy before me waited 2 hours. My appointment was Sunday 12:30pm btw. the oral surgeon told me the insurance didn’t cover the procedure, and I appreciate the fact I wasn’t waiting very long to be told that. Oh also, he had his mask under his nose while examining my mouth, so that’s definitely *not good* but overall I’d say it was an okay experience, not the one star the other person gave, maybe 2.6 stars.

The Smell around the place was not always pleasant but overall their service was great. Very loving people that cared. They did a great job removing my wisdom tooth.
