We feel extremely fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Sam in our community. Nacogdoches needs more doctors like him. We usually have to go out of town for specialists, especially ones who are both highly skilled and compassionate. Thankfully, we will be staying home to see our neurosurgeon.

Dr. Dayawansa, and his office team, are by far the very best medical care that I have ever experienced. Dr Sam (as we all fondly call him) is so kind and knowledgeable. His only purpose with my care, was to make me better. Actually pain free. Which I happily report that I am. He not only listened to my concerns, but offered me sound advice. He never rushed time needed to make me feel rest assured. Always with a sincere smile and kindness in his eyes. Truly a wonderful human being, and a credit to his profession. His nurse Susan is the sweetest. She expresses concern for my well being each time that I’m in the office. She is so pleasant and kind. Corina is the receptionist. If I could give Dr Sam 10 stars, I would!! Very compassionate, caring, and actually LISTENS, takes whatever time is needed to explain all realms of care. He literally saved my life..... Thank you is not enough

The wait wasn't very long in the clinic. A Neuro surgeon I would highly recommend. He made a good call on the bleeding on my father's head. God bless Dr. Sam!
