The audiologist explained everything very well, she was very friendly. She understood my concerns, questions. It was a very good experience even if it wasn’t the outcome I was expecting. Not expecting to need hearing aids nothing bad about the service
Fitting went well. Came in for followup, Kimberly made an adjustment that greatly improved my comfort. I am pleased with the results.
I went to the Nacadoches site for the first time with Sound works and was amazed with the knowledge and experience of the technician at that site. (Kevin) One of my devices needed to be sent back to the factory and I was pleased with the proposed turn around time!

They were able to identify the problem and let me know I had a problem with both ears. Took the time to explain what was going on in both ears and what was actually needed to correct the problem.
