I was sent to this clinic yesterday for Xrays and lab work. Immediately upon arriving, the receptionist Tanya was the sweetest and happiest person I had encountered all week. She spoke to me like we were already friends, and made me feel completely comfortable there. First impressions are so so important. Every staff member that I encountered in the back were all very friendly and professional, and they had me taken care of very quickly. I do not live in Nacogdoches, so probably will never have the chance to return, but I highly recommend this clinic to anyone inquiring.

The NP Rachel took incredible care of me today. She was extremely thoughtful and caring. Tanya in the front office was very helpful as well.

Receptionist was great, friendly, willing to help make it easier for us and understanding. Looked up insurance and made it simple. Service was quick, nurse was attentive and got us in and out in no time. Thank you all.

Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk receptionist at check-in to the medical assistant and the provider—was absolutely amazing. Each person was friendly, kind, and welcoming. They truly seemed like a team who loves what they do and genuinely cares for their patients. Honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish.
