Dr. Ashfaq is the best! My heart doctor passed away but he’s the best I’ve found! Highly recommend!

At my first visit everyone was welcoming, kind, clear, and patient. I was never rushed and there was room for any question. Dr. Ashfaq remembered meeting me sometime ago when I accompanied my wife to consult with him. He went over everything clearly and has started me on a few tests to get answers for how best to respond to my concerns. I called the next day with a couple of questions and was called back with the answers, clear and simple, within an hour. I am also pleased that the tests required can be done at the office. Great care and kindness.

My loved one has been to this doctor a few times and I’m disappointed and concerned for the wellbeing of my family member. The office staff are not helpful and they seem to be too understaffed to be able to submit prescription and medically necessary follow ups. To get a hold of the doctor or your after visit summaries you have to go through the app Healow, which isn’t accessible to the 90% plus patients seen in this office. If you want answers on the treatment plan or why they didn’t send your prescription to your pharmacy then you have to call and wait for them to call you back. You can go days without hearing from someone and if you submit a message in the app you never hear back. My family member went weeks without medication that could save their lives. Had my first visit with “Dr.Ash”. He is very personable and professional. He took his time, explained the whys of things and answered my questions. Never felt rushed.
