Salm Dental: Adam Salm, DMD

Considering it was my first time visit I didn’t know what to expect. On the phone I was immediately welcomed by staff(Ethel) who took care of business- set up appt within 2hrs/I had a loose crown/explained new patient procedure. Dr. Salm (&in-practice staff) were extremely professional, courteous and attentive to my situation. Dr. Salm explained my options in detail, set up follow-up appt/I needed to establish a new dentist in the city, I feel confident I have found the right one.

Dr. Salm and his staff, particularly Ethel, provide experience and expertise. They behave professionally and he does not push to do to do dental procedures or work like some other dentists I have used do. That is why I’ve been coming back to him for several years now. I trust him, which is very important.

Dr. Salm has such kindness and empathy, I will always use him as a dentist. Im very afraid to get my teeth cleaned and he walked me through every step of the way, playing my favorite 80s music on his Alexa to relax me. Ethel, his office manager is also so kind hearted and pleasant to deal with. I explained to her my plan for my smile and she assisted with fees every step of the way, making sure to stay in my budget because I have no insurance. My smile has never been so perfect, straight, clean and white. Dr Salm and his staff have given me confidence I never had before and hopefully this brings my modeling career to the next step! I've seen Dr. Salm for years and always recommend him to friends looking for a great dentist. Warm and professional, he always takes time to explain X-rays and procedures. I really like that he does cleanings himself, instead of the parade of different hygienists I encountered in other practices I've gone to in the city. His office staff, especially Ethel, are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Salm is an excellent dentist. He is very informative and explains the type of work he is performing and what is needed to resolve any dental issues. We have been going to him for over 6 years and he provides high quality work, from dental cleanings to taking x-rays, to fillings/crowns and more. Ethel, the office manager, responds very quickly and is a pleasure to communicate with. She is extremely helpful in scheduling appointments, and is super helpful in submitting dental claims. She goes the extra mile to help in any way she can. All in all, Adam and Ethel are two of the best professionals you will ever encounter. Highly recommend Dr. Salm and his office staff!
