This office agreed to complete required medical paperwork for a special-needs child, acknowledged the request, and then later refused to complete the form after delaying the process—causing real harm and stress to a family who depended on it. Despite refusing to provide the agreed-upon service, they still billed insurance. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic integrity is alarming, especially for a practice entrusted with vulnerable patients.
