Salinas Valley Optometric

I came here after hearing semi good things about this place. Please just go else where. For my initial visit I had my appointment right when they opened and I was finally able to leave 3+ hours later because they were helping other ppl first even though I had an appointment. Only reason I left when I left was because I told them I had to go. The girls at the front desk are so unprofessional. When I called to schedule my follow up they didn’t even know for what or anything. Almost a month later and I still haven’t been able to get my contacts ordered. Came in for my follow up appointment and they didn’t want to see me. Nobody told me the sample contacts he gave me that I had to wear them to the appointment (they aren’t even my actual prescription). So now I have to come back 2 days later. S

Although this is a Very busy office, the staff & Dr. are never too busy to answer your questions and go over with you any concerns you may have. Prompt curtious check-in's at the front desk, clean office that is warm & inviting. Everything was explained to me every step of the way during my exam Dr. Joe and his staff are truely compassionate for the care and wellness of their patients.

Great place Great selection Reception for eye doctor are very rude But Doctor is awesome
