Do not go here if you want quality care. This practice is terrible. My family has had nothing but issues with this place. They will call and cancel your appointment, tell you they will call you back, but then ghost you and never make contact again. Negative 1 star in my book. Very unprofessional and rude. Beware. Even doctor left the practice. 👎👎

The cancellation policy needs to be changed. They give a 48 hour window which seems fair unless it’s over a holiday weekend and the office is closed. My children came down with the flu over Thanksgiving. They had a dental appointment the following Tuesday so I called the dental office that Friday to reschedule. They were closed and I was unable to leave a message because the answering machine said you can’t talk to the answering service unless there was an emergency. I didn’t consider the the flu an emergency so I called the office first thing on Monday morning to explain the situation. I was still charged a cancellation fee of $100 irregardless of my effort to notify the office within in the 48 hour window. I was told that was just their policy. My 8 year old son had his dental appointment today due to tooth pain. He's always been scared of seeing the dentist and has major anxiety. The dental assistant MELISSA was EXCELLENT! She understood how my son was feeling and did her best to comfort him and stopped him from crying. She did her job quickly but was very thorough. I highly recommend coming here. All staff was very friendly as well. They maintain their office well and it was very clean. Take your kids here and have Melissa treat them if they're scared! 💕

Make sure your child doesn't wake up sick the day of the appointment. Your options are to bring him in sick (even if it's contagious), or pay the $50 cancelation fee. So basically pray to the health gods there is no sickness at the last minute. Plan your kids sickness accordingly 🫠

My 5 y/o has had a good experience here. Staff is nice and place is clean. The only thing I found odd was that the dentist would not talk to me directly. For example, he wanted us to look into using water with fluoride. So he said to the assistant “tell her about water with fluoride” the assistant turned to me and said “ you can use water with fluoride”. The second dentist didn’t do that. They both did a good job examining.
