Courtney Bachala is AMAZING! She truly listens to both the parent’s and the patient’s medical concerns. She takes the time to include you in the medical decision making process and treats you like a person, not just another patient. You can tell she carries her job title in her heart and genuinely cares about the people she serves.

The pediatricians are amazing. They’re so patient, willing to go the extra mile for your kiddos, and don’t rush you through the appointment (even if they have several other appts the rest of the day). I truly love that about them. The rest of the staff,(front desk, assistants, etc.) are also great — Willing to help you if you need something, and they ask questions that might be useful for the pediatrician. I truly appreciate that. They also schedule you for your next appointment at the same time that you check in for the appointment, so that’s great. Saves everyone time. However, if you are a working parent taking a couple of hours, or a full hour from work, to take your child for their next rounds of shots, please please, be aware that you will be waiting there for at least 30-40 minute

I have been taking my son there since he was born. Dr. Darmawin is AMAZING. very caring, compassionate and respectful. I never feel like I'm being rushed with my questions. However, the front office is HORRIBLE. I've had a couple issues with things getting settled in a timely manner, and when I do call to get answers, it's just a blame game. The front office isn't friendly and treat you like you are bothering them. I'm definitely looking into changing pediatrician BECAUSE of the front office. Such a shame that a great doctor has to be in business with people with poor work ethics.
