Salem Health Urgent Care — Woodburn

The care I received today was amazing. Lesley Garber was the doctor treating me. She was extremely helpful, she listened to every detail and went above and beyond in care. Truly haven’t felt seen by a doctor like this in so long! Highly recommend this urgent care out of all the others! Even the medical staff all were amazing. It’s refreshing to see medical staff that actively look like they enjoy taking care of their patients! Will be returning again in the future for my medical needs. Hopefully I won’t be there again in a long time, but if I ever need to be, it will be this urgent care !

Great experience. My daughter had an injury and her primary couldn't see her the same day. Salem Health Urgent Care got us in quickly. Everyone was especially thoughtful around her. In particular, Dr. Michael Smith was very kind and helpful, answering all of our questions and listening to her concerns. No one wants to need to go to urgent care, but we appreciate how we were taken care of in our visit.

I absolutely love the treatment here. Not only by the medical providers, the staff is amazing as well. The fact that it's appointment only is an even bigger plus! This not only prevents people from sitting with long wait times, but also helps keep the spread of sickness much lower than that of a walk-in. It is extremely clean and well kept. Every single time my children and or I have received care there has been more than a 5 star in my opinion. With the negative comments that have been made...I would like to put something out there to all who are reading....I'm a firm believer in the way you speak to people and the way you carry yourself has a huge impact on the way you are treated. Don't waste you're time! Came here with my 7year old daughter. I was told by JENNIFER you need an appointment and to have a seat while she can see if they have appointments. After waiting 30min with no response. I then ask her if I should keep waiting or go to the hospital with my daughter she said "Do what you want" but yet they call them selves urgent care. Just go to hospital if you have an issue stay away from this place.
