Love the doctors but they need to seriously figure out how to schedule. If I showed up for my appointment 30 minutes late they would cancel me and still charge me but somehow it's ok for them to come 30 minutes late without even an apology. We also have other things to do besides wait for the doctor.

Outstanding medical care for children! Don’t hesitate one minute to bring your child here. Our daughter squealed when she saw the doctor’s office and said, are we going here? I love my doctor. We love her too. (Dr. Megan Schwartz.) She gives children her full undivided attention and knows how to talk to them about difficult subjects. Dr. Schwartz or her office, responds quickly to messages and phone calls and they fit you in, if it’s serious. And the building is completely designed to appeal to children, in an ocean theme. Everyone is so kind there.

My daughters have been patient since they left the NICU, that’s been over 9 years now. At that time there was a different team with different doctors that we really enjoyed but there are no complaints. We have had an opportunity to meet all the Drs they currently have , Dr Shwartz , Pandit and recently Carlson, they have all been great and their team of medical assistants/ nurses have all been a pleasure to work with! They always get us seen in a timely manner and are great about following up with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric office.

We love our Dr! She is very intentional. She is super informative. My girls run a little anxious with healthcare but they feel super comfortable with her. The clinic is ran efficiently and is well kept.

Dr. Roopa is one of the best Drs I have ever been in contact with. She cares very deeply for my children and is onto of anything that happens to them. She is very good at following up and sending messages when an incident has occurred with my children. She is so very kind and thoughtful. I’m very glad we decided to go to pacific pediatrics and meet her. My son and daughter love her and my son calls her his very best Dr friend.
