Salazar Dental LLC

I recommend Dr. Salazar to everyone. I have a huge fear of the dentist over accidents that happened as an infant. Dr. Salazar did the anesthetic treatment previous to my fillings and i didn’t even feel the pinch. She’s amazing and kind, and explains everything to the detail!

I personally like Dr. Salazar as a dentist, but her front desk staff is horrible. I came here at 8:50AM for my 9AM appointment and nobody was here until 9:05AM. I work just like everybody else and her staff canceled my appointment due to my insurance not being on file when they could of reached out multiple times to confirm my insurance weeks ago even last week when I rescheduled my appointment, they could’ve asked for my insurance and they didn’t. It’s really sad because this did not reflect the dentist and I have been a front desk supervisor at hotels before and the front desk team reflects the business and this left a bad impression. Also if you your patients appointment is at 9AM there should be no reason the staff is walking in after 9AM.

I known Dr. Salazar for several years now and my experience has been great. She runs the whole show in regards to teeth cleanings/treating cavities etc. Dr. Salazar's best qualities are her easy nature with her clients and her ability to be VERY gentle with your teeth care. In my experience, she takes her time to answer your questions and thoroughly explains why she is doing the oral care shes doing on you. Lastly, she does get busy at times, so don't expect her to be chatty as shes running around the office trying to take care of her clients. Overall, I am content that Dr. Salazar is my dentist.
