Horrible experience and unhygienic. Took my husband to get his labs and the nurse didn't wear gloves, didn't use new needles, and was unorganized. Went to pick up the results twice since the test we specifically requested wasnt even ran so had to do another blood withdrawal. Never ever going here again.

Worst place I’ve ever been they got my papers wrong 2 times and was still charge 600 for them to do everything wrong. Called in to pick up papers 2 times weren’t even ready and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours ridiculous bad saw the receptionist with her pants down🤬

If I could give this ZERO star rating I would! Worst place possible to be seen. My mom usually would come here for her check ups but after today I WILL FOR SURE LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW this clinic is the worst clinic possible for loved ones. They have no remorse and no intentions for your well being as a patient. Had a appointment at 2:15PM for a work injury that happened on 11/10/21. HE FELL 6 metal stairs then landed on concrete. We were at this clinic for 2 hours! Front desk could not find insurance, on top of that they had a fill in doctor who absolutely put my husband in more pain. She physically turned and twisted my husbands limbs then asked “does this hurt” with out letting my husband answer her she proceeded to twist and turn his limbs. If I could give this place s negative rating, I would. I was referred to this clinic by my insurance company and thoroughly got the coverage from my insurance. The doctor did not want to do my exam. Said that i would benefit from accupuncture. They then refused to make an additional appointment. Fast forward to a year later. I received an automatic message stating they had Covid vaccines. I thought it was my dentist office. I forced them to make an appointment. I was called to see if I checked with insurance. I had. I was first in line the day of my appointment. I was not greeted, a clipboard set in front of me. I set my insurance card and copay on desk. The receptionist walked away. I took my things back and sat down. Saw doctor for my grandma 06/21/23, was told theyll fax over referrals to see a GI and a Cardiologist at two separate buildings. Waited 2 weeks and didnt recieve any calls from those two clinics. Finally called them myself and was told that they didnt receive any referrals. Called back to this clinic and was told they had never sent in those referrals and that they'll send it again --- How unprofessional. Goodness. My grandma is 99 years old and shes been complaining about stomach issues for the past weeks. Will be looking for a new primary doctor because this is just ridiculous.
