I had my baby at St Mary’s 6 months ago. Let me preface by saying my Dr who delivered me was beyond amazing along with her team she brought in for my delivery. The day shift nurses were amazing as well. My dr is amazing and 10/10 recommend her! BUT the night shift nurses working on the labor and delivery floor that were taking care of me during labor 0/10. They completely ruined my labor experience and truly looking back it is a PTSD memory for me and makes me upset still to this day. I had an ACL (BPTB) graft and partial meniscectomy at Saint Mary’s January 2026, Dr. Owen Kelly was the surgeon. Doctor Kelly did great at explaining to me all of my options and answering all of my questions. Also they were able to get my surgery on the schedule just 4 days after my initial consultation. The surgical team was very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Nurse Traci, Cassidy, and Ritchie took great care of me. Cassidy took great care to get my IV on the first stick. Dr. Williams the anesthesiologist did his due diligence to understand my medical history prior to administering the anesthesia. I was onmy way back to Oklahoma from my cancer specialist in Little Rock. I had done my T-cell collection there this morning and had the Quinton Catheter removed from my neck just before leaving. I started having chest pain and shortness of breath on the highway and Saints Mary's was the closest ER. From the moment I stepped into the building they were 1000% attentive!! They ran multiple tests to make sure I was ok.they got me in and out so quickly, while providing the absolute best care!! I am very impressed with the Doctor and the nurses that helped me today. They were all very knowledgeable and professional with great bedside manners. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and taking such good care of me

I was bite by a feral cat and need a rabies shot. everyone at the er was so polite and friendly. Tanya in admissions was very knowledgeable and made the billing process a breeze. NP Shannon explained everything clearly and professionally! the icing on the cake was nurse Emmie she was just a joy in a dark time! Anyways if you can survive the wait in the waiting room you should hold strong for these nice women!

I went to the ER on Friday night, the 27th. After a 3 1/2 hour in the waiting room, I finally got to see the attending Dr. He was rude & condescending! I have RA and had just gotten results from a MRI. I have a lot wrong with my knee. He didn't even look at my leg, it was swollen and locked up. He told me if I wanted something fixed I needed to go to Conway or Little Rock! I couldn't believe it! He did give me enough pain meds to take the edge off, BUT NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT WHAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT. The nurse (male) was very empathetic and great. But yeah, thanks Dr. Whoever you are, I will be going to Conway in the future for any ER SERVICES! That doctor needs to get a different line of work!
