Saint Mary’s Regional Health System: Emergency Room

They acted very quickly to determine if I had a heart attack. Dr. Bledsoe and RN Jessica did a great job! 👍

My family member had a medical emergency. There was nobody else in the waiting room, and we were able to be seen within minutes. The staff was courteous, I know they can get disrespected by patients so I appreciated them giving me the benefit of the doubt when I had to advocate for my family member. They knew exactly what to do and we were able to leave within a couple hours with a recommendation to a specialist. Knocking off a star because we weren't given any sort of summary for vitals/what was administered and their emergency room phone number listed on Google seemed to be inactive.

Staff treats it more like a hangout than a hospital. Would rather take the extra few minutes and drive to dardanelle.

I have been waiting in the ER since 2pm it is now 8:38 pm. They have me in a room that is so dang hot I can hardly breath. The nurse came in and said he had to get help. That was 1.5 hrs ago and he is still not back. A person could die in this ER and they would never know it.

The staff come here to vacation, 3 nurses to empty 3 trash cans. Staff is inattentive to any and all patients while preferring to tell jokes and laugh with one another. When your only other option is the Dardanelle Emergency Room it not hard to seem like a good hospital with low standards like this.
