Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett

I had to have a few images done and would like to leave a review of the technician and the receptionist. The Initial check in seemed chaotic and I was asked to sit down due to a line forming. The lovely lady was under water for a while and when I saw the line had been taken care of I approached her. She was very happy and pleased to help me and apologized for the delay in service. I informed her I was having several test done and asked if they could be put on a cd for me. She that said it wouldn’t be a problem. She was doing the best she could. It might be a good idea to have 2 ppl manning the front desk to check ppl in. Ultrasound tech: I told the technician that I had requested the ultrasound to be put on a cd and she had no idea what I was talking about and said she never heard of that

1-9-26 I had a great experience coming in as an ER patient. Muriel was so caring and speedy to get me back to Damon in triage. Registration wasted no time and didn’t want to bother me in so much pain and made it easy to get to the things that were most important for my registration without any extra fluff which is great when patients are feeling as crummy as I was! Damon got my vitals and labs drawn and sent off so quickly which of course sped up my CT scan time. Jim RN could hardly get my pain meds and fluids running before CT Andrew was there to take me to scanner. Everyone was so great and above and beyond to help get me out of pain and take care of me. Today was the first time I have been to St. Francis Bartlett ER and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was seen quickly. All test were run in a timely manner. I received great care from each lab tech and nurse. The true superstar was NP Domonique Clark. She listened to me. I felt heard. She kept me informed the entire time of what was going on. She explained everything very well and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Most of all she was genuine, personable, had a smile on her face, and she made me feel confident in the care I received.

I walked in on 12/14/25 evening and was seen right away. From the admission desk all the way to my room and during my 3-day stay, EVERYONE was so nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The staff and team running tests explained what was being done and the doctors were compassionate, treating me like I was a person and not just a patient. I had not stayed in the hospital before so this helped tremendously to deal with the issues I came in with. I appreciate the dedication of those working at St. Francis Bartlett and pray God’s blessings on each one of them.

I have been receiving my mammograms here for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed the staff. So helpful and friendly, especially today, Autumn. She is very nice and did a good job. I also appreciate the privacy in the entire process. Thankyou St.Francis Bartlett.
