Saint Clare's Imaging Center

My mom went for memogram to this place first week of June today June 26th we did not get memogram report . Today we personally went to St Clare imagine center Parsippany they told they don't have DOCTORS to read and make report for memogram & the employee says they are 3 months behind that means I have to wait 2 more months for memogram report. PLEASE if any patient really have emergency for memogram report or any patient do not want to wait 3 months please think about before go to this place.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to make an appointment. I kept getting redirected, the calls would drop, and when I did reach someone, they couldn’t hear me properly. Poor communication and scheduling process—very disappointing!

Hoping to change my review but now holding for 30 minutes without a representative helping me to schedule. Seriously? It's like they force the customer to use the callback function which often also doesn't work. I cannot pickup when they call back within 24 hours because the # they call from is not different than SPAM/unknown call and I also work and have meetings that I cannot interrupt. When I have used the callback feature it's taken multiple calls back and forth. Pick up the phone or I will go to an imaging center that I can actually make an appointment at. Ridiculous.

Wrong abdominal test result was sent to my Dr! The computer shut off in the middle or the test, which u have to drink a lot of water and hold it! Unbelievable! X-ray result never was sent to Dr! Always something! Very disappointing!

My Mother Fatima Dias had to go through worst experience at Parsippany center. -A Confirmed appointment was canceled & told my Mother to reschedule. Reason, Changed of insurance. When my Mother say they will pay Cads/Card she was told the Machine was switched off. When I called the female representative to ask why, the call was transferred to VM I later called the 1888… number and then I was told that my mother new OSCAR insurance is what they don’t take and when I ask about the cash/card, the call was transferred, Later they told me they entered wrong number and then I asked what next, I was transferred. When I explained the whole situation to another representative she transferred without responding to a VM. What a Discrimination on people of Color. Shame of St. Clare’s
