Saint Alphonsus Wound & Hyperbaric - Nampa

I went here to be treated for a stasis ulcer on my ankle. While the doctor was good and treated me well. I was billed 550.00 for physical therapy that I never received. I leg was wrapped twice and they are calling it physical therapy… smh… anything to get some money. While I know I did not have insurance at the time. I paid the doctor bill in full. About a month later thinking I’m all done. I get a bill for 550.00 saying it’s physical therapy. I never received any physical therapy!!!! In fact I disputed the bill and they called me back a few days later saying “ after an investigation “ they determined that the charge is correct. I never received any physical therapy!!!!!

Healing wounds quickly and completely! Friendly staff, especially the RN, the MA, the PT and the sweet nurse practitioner. Clean environment and recently remodeled. Hyperbaric therapy is offered here.

I have always had the best care at the wound clinic.. The providers and nurses are knowledgeable, efficient and gentle when treating wounds.
