Terrible place! They were EXTREMELY rough, not a gentle bone in any of the doctors’s bodies. They were pushing and pulling on my baby and made him scream and cry. When they didn’t need to do any of the mobility testing because my midwives are actually my pediatrician, I just needed someone for a circumcision. They tried to force vitamin K For circumcision, even though babies produce vitamin K and begin processing it on their own at 8 days old. Not to mention that they have other clotting elements besides vitamin K. And according to the doctor, if we wanted to delay circumcision, they would build up “enough” vitamin K on their own by 2 to 3 months. But they don’t allow circumcision after 30 days. Dr. Wheaton is amazing as a pediatrician, as are his clinical staff! Even coming through the urgent care on occasion we have had great care. I’ve needed to call several times to either change an appointment or ask a question and have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect by the reception. I transferred all of my children’s care to this location due to their conscientious and competent care. 5/5!

My daughter had originally been seeing Dr. Archibald in Boise. We wanted to go somewhere closer to home so I decided to take her to see Samantha Lange. We’ve met her once and are looking forward to seeing her after her maternity leave. However, my daughter needed to have her 2 year well child check so we had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Keller. NEVER AGAIN. He didn’t try to talk or communicate with my daughter the way Samantha and Dr. Archibald have done. He only spoke to me. She was very upset as soon as he got near her yet he never tried to help comfort her the way one would expect a pediatrician to. I was so disappointed but am so thankful we won’t need to see him again.

The pediatric doctors are terrible. I've had nothing but bad experiences. I had a doctor take off their mask while in the room talking to us. They told us that vaccines don't cause fevers. My baby has RSV and the first time they saw us they refused to test because it was "highly unlikely" that she had it. I went in the next day and made them test and she tested positive, the doctor's didn't believe me about her symptoms until she tested positive. Also the only advice they could give about dealing with rsv is that if she stopped breathing or turned Blue to take her into the er.

My kids have seen this clinic for the last 2 years. Hardly ever has our appointments actually been on time. The front desk will quote you for an apt time and then when you ask why its taking so long they tell you the apt wasnt until a different time. How inconvenient to wait over an hour to be seen. Im also quit concerned that they made this a major covid testing site while its also a pediatric clinic. This will be our last visit. Shut down the pediatric side and make this strictly a quick care and covid testing site. This is rediculous!!!
