Sage Veterinary Care

This clinic sold recently and we were never notified that the vets changed. We’ve been taking our dog there for 9 years and his doc left without telling us. Poor way to treat loyal customers:/patients. Good time to find a new clinic.

Staff very friendly, we have never waited past our scheduled time, they answer all our questions. They are very gentle and caring to our pets.

The people here are great. When I first took my cat there, the vet suggested I get pet insurance . So I did. A few months later, my cat, Cupcake, needed dental surgery. The insurance company at first refused my claim. Then the Sage staff helped me submit it again and I got paid. You can tell the people at Sage really love animals.

I have been going to this Vet for about 9 years with my two dogs. I took my miniature shit Zhu who was about to be 15 in for a check up since I could tell her vision was getting worse and she was becoming more uncomfortable after living a very healthy life. Dr. Hess told me “age is not a disease” and that for her eyes she needed steroid eye drops and to be on steroids. It was a 10 day steroid tapering. On day 7 I had my follow up appointment to check on her but by morning 6 she took a deep decline and one of her eyes had sunken in. I showed up at their office right when they opened that morning in desperation for them to tell me if it was time to put her down or if it was a side effect of the meds. Service very bad, I don’t think they know what they are doing. My pet almost died because nothing was done. I would never recommend this place.
