Sage Dental of Woodstock

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I was feeling pretty anxious going in, but the team at Sage Dental completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind and non-judgmental, which immediately put me at ease. I waited less than 10 minutes, the staff thoroughly explained the costs for my services, and I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment for next week. The dental assistant even put Vaseline on my lips at the end of the appointment because they were dry from having my mouth open for so long, which was very appreciated! Overall, such a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Very thorough in their exams. They fully go over all pricing with you and will work with you on what they recommend and what you can wait on. Scheduling is super easy. The staff is very warm and welcoming and everything flows so smoothly. Highly recommend and will be bringing my children for their appointments, too!

Unprofessional!! 3rd party phone scheduling! WHEN YOU ARRIVE there's NO ONE TO GREET YOU - expect to WAIT until the hygienist finishes with her 'cleaning' patient! BACKWARDS! Totally 'backwoods' they're obviously NOT FOLLOWONG Health Code standards for Public SAFETY! STAY AWAY if you vslue your health. They'll put theor hands in your mouth 'after' who knows where. HOW & WHY do businesses such as 'sage dental' become so horribly careless!?

Disreputable and a sham. I had my Invisalign done here. They also previously did two crowns for me, both of which I had to have replaced elsewhere 1 year later. I went back to have a scan done to replace my Invisalign tray which is included in the program. This is a free service and included in the total $4,500 cost. Dr. Ghoreishi had his nurse tell me once seated that he needed to do X-Rays before doing my scan, assuming I was dumb and did not understand the process. I explained it was not necessary as my other dentist does that. Dr. Ghoreishi again had his nurse tell me I needed to send in my X-Rays from my other dentist before he would do any scans. He refused to come out of his office and see me to discuss. He just wanted billable labor obviously. This is not required per Invisalign. A

The comforting energy Ms Courtney secures in the office is palpable. I was greeted as I walked to my room by the lovely Shona ☀️ and seated and tended to by the beautiful Ms. Nadia✨. Dr Pasut listened to me and got me out of a bad situation and I didn’t feel the slightest discomfort. ❤️‍🩹 It’s so hard to find this level of patient experience, but they work together from other locations to care for us. Shout out to Ms Linda and Ms Jenny (Sage Acworth) for sending me to these angels! 😇
