I would give them 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. Dr Erica and the beautiful ladies who assist her and the beautiful lady with her beautiful hair twists and the fine young gentleman assisting the customers are absolutely nothing short of PHENOMENAL!!! From the moment we stepped into the office up until we walked out the door, we were treated with the utmost kindness, respect and sincerity. We felt like part of a family being there. Not only were they ridiculously sweet and kind to me and my little ones, they were EFFICIENT and super duper fast and accurate. We are def loyal customers and I will be going there to clean my teeth as well. I will refer all my friends and anyone who needs a dentist to that university location! Thank you team for being awesome human beings🥹😍😘♥️🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Front staff -Thumbs Down- almost was our first and last visit! ... Back staff - AMAZING! redeemed the whole place and we decided to continue scheduling with the office after Erica and Takeyla provided amazing service and were extremely knowledgeable with our son who has a very complicated medical history. They treated him with respect and care! Give them a raise!

I visited Sage Dental Of Tamarac around late September, needing some dental work, Including a couple of implants and a cleaning.. Initially, I didn't dive deep into their reviews - Which is usually something I do- but I realized I probably should have. They estimated my total cost at about $5,000, which felt pretty steep to me. But what really stood out was the long timeline..They told me I'd have to wait a year to complete everything. On top of that, I noticed a pattern of Extra Charges.. For instance when I went back on October 21st, they suggested a special cleaning and immediately quote me around $500 for two sessions. That seemed excessive. I decided not to proceed .. As I was leaving the lady at the front desk charged me $5.00 visited fee plus $55.00 co-payment in advance for a clean

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I spent over an hour on hold just trying to resolve a simple billing question, and no one was able to provide a clear answer or timely help. On top of that, I had been considering a teeth-whitening procedure, but the appointment was incorrectly booked as a cleaning kit visit instead of the hybrid in-clinic and take-home option I specifically asked about. That mistake was never properly corrected, and I never received a follow-up call to reschedule the whitening. Originally, when I asked for a refund for an overpayment on my tooth cleaning, I was offered a discount toward the whitening instead. Since the whitening never happened and no one contacted me, I declined the offer and requested my refund again. The situation made me question

Today was refreshing! Everyone was so kind, from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the Dentist. My last dentist wasn’t the best so it’s nice going somewhere knowing you are in good hands. Thank you all for making my experience today good.
