Sage Dental of Suwanee

I was a first-time patient and scheduled a cleaning appointment online for 3:30 p.m. I completed all of my paperwork in advance and arrived at 3:15 p.m. to allow time for any review or discussion since I was new to the practice. Initially, everything seemed fine with the front desk staff. However, I ended up waiting 30 minutes. At 4:00 p.m., I went up to ask how much longer the wait would be, and only then was I taken to the back. Once there, I was asked if I was there for X-rays. I clarified that my appointment was for both X-rays and a cleaning, and I was informed that there would not be enough time to complete both and that the cleaning would need to be rescheduled. Office staff was friendly and attentive. Filled out paperwork and was called back in a timely manner. Young lady who was in the process of taking my x-rays constantly asked me numerous questions in which i responded to over and over. Long story short only service that was provided we're x-rays. I inquired about dental cleaning was told that i would have to reschedule because the hygienist went to another location. Felt that the response was sort of strange. Usually everything is done at the first appointment. After x-rays Dr. Uma came in and went over my x-rays. Wanted me to wait for the young lady to discuss my treatment plan. Waited shortly then i proceeded to the front receptionist. Paid $20.00 for panoramic x-rays The young lady who took my x-rays was sitting there seemingly baffled.

Tsai and Krista are excellent. Tsai explained throughly how my insurance company pays for the work that has to be completed. It was very helpful. The Dental Assistant explained to me why I would not be able to have my tooth replaced that day. They had to send it to the lab. I wanted my one tooth partial that day or a least in a week. I’m pleased that I chose Dr. Uma Peeta.

Excellent place! The staff is friendly, helpful and flexible with whatever the costs may be. Atmosphere is comfortable to where you feel you're treated with the best care for your teeth. Very convenient location too being less than 5 minutes from my house.

The suwanee Safe office was recommended to us when we moved into town and were so glad they were! Very friendly and easy to work with and finding the very reasonable pricing was icing on the cake. Definitely would recommend to others.
