Very unpleasant first time patient at this practice. I booked a cleaning and left an hour later without having it done. They did tons of X-rays (which I understand being a new patient some are needed but this seemed excessive) and then the hygienist came to see me. She claimed I had the beginnings of gum disease and therefore needed a deep cleaning. My gums were not bleeding and I had no discomfort so it didn’t feel right. My insurance covered a basic cleaning so this would be a $250 charge. The manager was rude and did not want to budge when I said I didn’t want the deeper cleaning - which wasn’t even going to take place that day… I had to book a second appointment for that. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Adam Schuessler, who is a board certified oral surgeon. I had a complex dental issue, and Dr. Schuessler and his assistant Erica put me totally at ease. His explanations were professional, clear and concise. I am confident that he will handle my problem to the very best of his ability.

This was the most horrible dental experience of my life. They had the referral for an extraction and I had an evaluation with their company for an extraction already. Not only did they lose the referral and x-ray imaging at the prior appointment causing a three hour delay for care, at this appointment they only scheduled it as a consult, even though it was scheduled and confirmed as an extraction appointment. Upon arriving, I had a dentist tell me to open my mouth and he said "there's the tooth, we need to schedule your extraction". I was completely lost as my extraction was scheduled already for 8 AM but they double booked themselves for another oral surgery, leaving me to not get my tooth extracted. All the girls are so friendly. I love having my teeth cleaned. Not looking forward to next week but I'm sure they'll do a good job.

Dr and staff were so pleasant. Very informative, answered all of my questions. I am typically a very nervous patient and they put my mind to ease. I definitely recommend
