This is honestly one of the best dental places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is amazing. The staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If you care about great customer service and feeling like more than just another appointment, you have to come here. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable the whole time. The office is clean, organized, and very professional. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist experience!

I’ve been getting my cleanings done with Dr. Sayrelys Vazquez Falcon, and she’s awesome, very welcoming and always attentive. My gums tend to be very sensitive, so today’s procedure was a little uncomfortable, but she made me feel like I was in good hands. She was gentle throughout the process and made sure I received the best possible care for my dental health :D I definitely recommend this clinic.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received last week when I called to schedule an implant procedure. Naturally, I had questions about the procedure, payments, and needed to reschedule my periodontal cleaning to ensure it was done before surgery. I also tried to schedule a cleaning appointment for my husband. Unfortunately, I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 20 years as a patient of this office. The person I spoke with, Kianni Gonzalez, the office manager, was rude, dismissive, and rushed to hang up on me. And when I requested a signed implant quote, she sent it without my name or any courtesy .
