I had a great experience at Sage Dental Kendall South! From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The staff is professional, organized, and very attentive. The doctors are knowledgeable, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The assistants are also amazing — very caring and efficient throughout the entire visit. Overall, the whole team works together to create a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality dental care in Kendall!

Very disappointed with Sage Dental of South Kendall. Frist I was scheduled to see one dentist Dr. Sutnamis Gonzalez DDS but was seen by Karen Diez without being informed ahead of time. Additionally, ( and this was the astonished part) I received conflicting information from the hygienist Stacey Garcia R.D.H and dentist Karen Diez about my cleaning, with the hygienist first saying she would do a regular cleaning and then reversing that after speaking with the dentist. The communication was confusing and unprofessional, and the interaction felt rude and dismissive. I felt they were pushing for more profit above my wellbeing. Overall, poor communication and lack of professionalism made this a very unsatisfactory experience. This was the worst dental care experience ever. I don't recommend t

I had a truly wonderful experience at this dental office today! From start to finish, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The front desk, assistants, dentists, and registered dental hygienist all took their time to explain everything clearly (in both English and Spanish!) and helped create a plan tailored to my needs and budget. This was my first dental visit in 14 years (yes, 14 — graduate school completely took over my life, but I’m taking care of myself again!) and I walked in nervous, not knowing what to expect. Stacey Garcia, the registered dental hygienist, worked absolute magic during my cleaning. She transformed my smile in just one hour — I couldn’t believe the difference between yesterday and today! Beyond the cleaning, the team addressed my more urgent needs first (f

I had such a great experience at Sage Dental and seriously cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was so professional and welcoming from start to finish. My dental hygienist Stacey was absolutely amazing. She explained the procedure, the treatment, and everything to expect afterward in a way that was easy to understand and really put me at ease. She was also so kind, friendly, and patient the whole time. She even helped me figure out my insurance and co pays when I was confused, which I really appreciated. I was nervous about pain during my cleaning and Stacey made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Because of how great my visit was, I brought my fiancé in and they took wonderful care of her as well during her fillings. We both left fe

I think I’m done coming here. First, let me say that the hygienist Stacy is amazing. The doctor that saw me today was the first time I’ve ever met her. She came in and told me that I had a loose tooth that needs to be replaced. After she told me that, she left. Nothing else. He’ll, she didn’t even ask me what I wanted to do. We just went right into my cleaning. When I was checking out, the receptionist ask me “So when do you want to schedule for your fillings?” Fillings?? We never discussed that I needed fillings. She only noticed that I had some older fillings but never told me that they needed to be replaced. On top of this, the receptionist told me “Hold on a second “ about 15 times even though I never said a word when I was checking out. She couldn’t figure out something on the compute
