Sage Dental of Jupiter

I drove from Port Saint Lucie to go to Sage dental in Jupiter, because Aspen dental which was closest to me didn’t accept my insurance. The service was great. The people are great. The doctor recommended a treatment for my gums. Which I paid for. Insurance didn’t cover it. And I have 2 cavities that needed fillings. I paid for all the services and was scheduled to get the fillings done today. The office called me and said I needed to give my insurance information for this year. So they can bill me for the fillings. I already paid for it last year. Because they have to quote me for this year. I was taken aback by that because they quoted me already and I paid for the service already. I couldn’t make it last year to get the fillings. Again, I already paid for it. Now I get a call before m

I can’t say enough great things about this Sage Dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine care and kindness from smiley Romae. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done here, and every single experience has been positive. After one of my procedures, Maggie (such a sweetheart, I swear I love her) even called me the next morning to make sure I was doing okay — that level of care truly meant so much to me. The team that I’ve interacted with, Dr. Ma, Michael, Z, Maggie, Sonia and Romae, always take the time to explain things, make sure I’m comfortable, and truly listen. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such compassion. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office I actually look forward to visiting!

This dentist is an absolute money hungry scam. DO NOT GO HERE. My fiancee went here for a routine teeth cleaning. They refused to do the cleaning and told her after X-rays and exam she had gum disease, multiple cavities and needed other dental work. They proposed a bill of thousands of dollars to her. She called me frantic and didn’t know what to do. Mind you, she isn’t even one to get nervous at dentists. I told her to go to a different dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist she went to said she doesn’t have gum disease, did the cleaning and told her she only has one cavity, much different than what Sage insisted. DO NOT GO HERE. Please don’t fall victim to this scammy dentist that is trying to milk you for every penny possible. 0/10!!!!!

Michael is very detailed in his exams and listens to the needs of his patients. I have very sensitive teeth and he accommodates his cleaning technique around my sensitivity. He explains all the things he does thoroughly so I understand the “why” of what he’s doing. The staff is also very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend!

Excellent office! Michael is one of the best hygienist He is gentle and does a great job. I was impressed with his work ethic and cleaned my 99 year old father's teeth beautifully. God Bless him and the whole staff.
