Sage Dental of Bloomingdale

Terrible experience, do not recommend. Staff was nice but unprepared. Staff was caught not following sanitary guidelines (placing sterilized tools on non sterile surfaces and attempting to reuse them). Staff tried pushing unneeded services yet missed something the last 4 dentists seem had listed as a need to watch. Do NOT Recommend.

As a new patient, I had a great experience at Sage Dental (Bloomingdale Location). The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. The dental hygienist took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease, and the doctor thoroughly reviewed my future treatment plan to help get me back on track. I truly felt cared for and informed throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Sage Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I had a great experience from the moment I called the office to inquire about getting a second opinion. The office manager was extremely helpful and so patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain my options. She gave me real peace of mind and reassured me that I was in good hands with Dr. Issa. When I met with Dr. Issa, I was equally impressed. His bedside manner was outstanding, professional, kind, and very thorough. He carefully explained which treatments were actually necessary and which ones were not, especially in contrast to a previous dental office that quoted me over $9k in work, including on teeth that didn’t need treatment. Had a little wait because the ortho doctor was in but the front desk kept in communication with me and apologized. My appt was not rushed even though I didn’t get taken back until almost closing time. The staff was thorough, kind, and super informative! This was my first visit and I am looking forward to continuing my care at the Bloomingdale office!

Great friendly staff! They are very knowledgeable and answer all of your questions. Always a pleasure, as far as going to a dentist goes...lol
